Since its establishment in 1998, Kuanpeng High-Tech INC. has been committed to energy conservation, water conservation and environmental protection. Although it has been difficult along the way, the company will continue to adhere to this goal. However, the Taiwan Industrial Service Foundation (hereinafter referred to as the Industrial Service Foundation) has found from its experience in implementing green technology guidance for industries that scale is easily generated on the water side of heat exchangers in various water circulation systems. The heat transfer efficiency of the heat exchanger decreases as the thickness of the scale increases, and a large amount of energy is lost accordingly. If the scale on the heat exchanger can be completely removed during regular factory maintenance, the energy saved will be considerable.

In 2016, the Thai beverage factory CHABAA switched to POWER MAGNET products to handle the boiler system. After installation, there have been obvious changes, but due to weather and force majeure, it was damaged. In 2024, it was replaced and reinstalled on the original machine. Please refer to the picture.
A food factory installed super strong magnetic products on the water inlet and oil inlet pipes of a 6-ton boiler. One month later, the boiler discharge water no longer showed color. Based on usage conditions, the factory no longer uses industrial chemicals (such as descaling agents, antioxidants, anti-corrosion agents, etc.) and saves about 15% of fuel usage fees due to the lack of scaling, reduced energy consumption and improved combustion efficiency. In addition, the boiler does not need regular acid cleaning, and the total dissolved solids concentration of the boiler water is only controlled at 2,500mg/L every day. Please refer to the pictures.
The dyeing and finishing factory installed super strong magnetic series products on the water supply pipes and oil pipelines of two 15-ton boilers to treat the boiler system. One month before the installation, scale was obviously present. After the installation, the use of chemicals was completely stopped. One month after the installation, there was a significant change and the scale was reduced. Please refer to the pictures.
