If the scale on the heat exchanger can be completely removed during regular factory maintenance, the energy saved will be considerable.
ContactIn the early twentieth century, it was discovered that irrigating tomatoes with magnetic water could increase yields. In 1980, further research was conducted on the use of magnetized water in vegetables, horticulture and livestock products, and it was found that it could promote harvests, and that using it on livestock could increase their water intake by 10-12%. In recent years, field experiments on more pigs, cattle and chickens have found that the use of magnetized water can increase livestock production and reproduction rates.
An experimental study in 2004 found that after cows drank magnetized water for four weeks, their milk production increased by 1.3 liters compared to cows that did not use magnetized water. It was further discovered that magnetized drinking water has a lower pH value. In 2005, the first study on the application of magnetized water to pigs was conducted at the Auckland Agricultural College in the UK. The pigs were divided into two groups and their growth and feed conversion rate were monitored from weaning at three weeks of age to before slaughter (weight about 90 kg). The results showed that the feed conversion rate of pigs using magnetized water improved by 4.1% and the water intake increased by 12%.

In experiment 1, 160 weaned pigs were divided into two groups to compare growth and feed conversion rate. After 42 days of testing, it was found that in terms of feed-to-meat conversion rate, the pigs that did not use magnetized water had a feed-to-meat conversion rate of 1.51, while the pigs that used magnetized water had a feed-to-meat conversion rate of 1.41, a 6.6% improvement.
In experiment 2, a breeding sow herd was used for experiments lasting more than 75 weeks.
The results showed that the farrowing rate increased from 79.35% to 85.38% (an increase of 6.03%); the number of piglets born per sow per year increased from 26.06 to 27.23 (an increase of 4.49%); and the number of litters per sow per year increased from 2.23 to 2.32 (an increase of 4.04%).
In addition to the above experimental results, it was also found that the use of magnetized water can reduce piglet mortality, sows secrete more milk, reduce the weaning age of piglets by 4 days, reduce the age of growing pigs to reach slaughter weight by one week, sows recover faster after weaning, and reduce the problem of boar foot injuries. In pigs, it reduces the occurrence of ear and tail biting; in poultry, it reduces the problem of feather pecking; in cattle, it reduces the occurrence of milk fever.
The results of magnetization are complex, and there are many chemical reactions that need to be explored. The magnetized water molecules will aggregate, and when the water undergoes a strong magnetization reaction, the volume of the aggregates decreases. Therefore, increasing the surface area of the aggregate increases the nutrients and chemicals in the solution, thereby improving the feed conversion rate and the body condition of the herd. When the pH in the stomach is too high, minerals are released, resulting in poor feeding. Using magnetized water will reduce the size of the aggregates, thereby lowering the pH. Therefore, the reproductive rate can be improved and the occurrence of some metabolic diseases can be prevented. Low pH feed reduces E. coli and Salmonella in pigs, and reduces the bad habits of ear and tail biting and the occurrence of milk fever.
After using magnetized water, bacteria, mold and algae may be killed due to the lower pH value and the change in the charge of the water crystals, resulting in cleaner drinking water and sinks, and can also reduce problems such as drinking water blockage or leakage. In short, to increase livestock productivity, more water is needed. The water produced by magnetization technology has good palatability and can also increase the water intake of livestock.
